The terms for using this website and our services.
These Terms govern your use of lovemypeptides.com and the telehealth services offered by Love My Peptides, Love My Peptides PLLC, a Washington PLLC. By using the Site or booking a visit, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must be physically located in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Arizona, Ohio, or Illinois at the time of each telehealth visit, and able to receive shipments there.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete health information, including all medications and conditions.
Not for emergencies
Our services are not for emergencies or urgent care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Medical services
- Telehealth visits are provided by Dr. Jason Wright, D.O. A physician-patient relationship begins only after your first completed visit.
- Booking a visit does not guarantee a prescription. Whether any medication is appropriate is a medical decision made by your physician, who may decline to prescribe, change a plan, or refer you elsewhere.
- You agree to follow your dosing instructions, report side effects promptly, and complete follow-up visits and any labs your physician orders.
Compounded medications
- Medications are compounded for you individually by a licensed 503A pharmacy on a prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and their safety, effectiveness, and quality have not been reviewed by the FDA.
- Some peptides have limited human research and uncertain regulatory status. Their availability may change without notice if regulations change.
- You must sign the consents your physician requires before any medication is dispensed.
Fees and payment
- Love My Peptides is self-pay. We do not bill insurance and do not offer subscriptions.
- Current fees and medication prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change. You pay the price in effect when you are charged.
- Shipping is charged per order at our cost and depends on vial type.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Shipping
Medications ship directly from the pharmacy to the address you provide in an eligible state. You are responsible for a correct address and for refrigerating medication promptly on arrival. Report damaged, missing, or warm cold-chain shipments within 48 hours.

Information on the Site, including peptide guides, is educational. It is not medical advice and does not replace an evaluation. Statements about research describe published studies; they are not promises of results. Individual results vary.
Your account and conduct
Keep your login details confidential. Do not misuse the Site, submit false information, resell or share prescribed medications, or attempt to obtain medication for someone else.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, and trademarks belong to Love My Peptides or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
