- Information you give us: name, email, phone, state of residence, messages, and anything you submit through booking, intake, or contact forms or our patient portal.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, recorded in our website host’s security logs. Our analytics service counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses or other information that identifies you.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule visits, provide telehealth services, and send appointment reminders and messages through our patient portal, email, or text.
- To process payments and coordinate prescription fulfillment and shipping.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:
- With service providers that help us operate: our electronic health record and patient portal (which also handles scheduling, video visits, and forms), payment processor, website host, email provider, and analytics service. Providers that handle protected health information sign business associate agreements.
- With the licensed 503A pharmacy that prepares and ships your prescription, and with the laboratory if labs are ordered.
- When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of patients, the public, or Love My Peptides.
- In connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of the practice, subject to applicable law.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies necessary for the Site to work. To understand how the Site is used, we use a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites. It records only anonymous totals, such as page views and how visitors found the Site. We do not use advertising or social media tracking pixels anywhere on the Site.
Security and retention
