Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
How we handle health-related information under Washington’s My Health My Data Act, and your rights.
This policy describes how Love My Peptides handles “consumer health data” as defined by Washington law. It does not apply to protected health information governed by HIPAA, which is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Categories of consumer health data we collect
- Health goals or interests you share through contact or booking forms before becoming a patient.
- We do not track which treatment pages you personally view. Our analytics service counts page views only as anonymous totals that are not linked to you.

How we use it
To respond to you, schedule a visit, provide services you request, and operate and secure the Site. We collect and use consumer health data only with your consent or as necessary to provide a service you requested.
Sharing
We share consumer health data only with service providers acting on our behalf under contract, or with your consent. We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use geofencing around health care facilities.
Your rights
You may confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; access it and the list of third parties it was shared with; withdraw consent; and request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact info@lovemypeptides.com or message us through the patient portal. We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington Attorney General. Effective date: October 1, 2026.
